EXTENT OF EMPLOYMENT

Working on the new robotic paint line here at Polytec this role is to set up, monitor and maintain the paint mix room activity during shift to ensure a consistant and robust manufacturing activity across the shift.

IF YOU ARE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT...

Mixing paint, both solvent and water based, to the required formula
Discarding left over paints, thinners and solvents in accordance to the required standards and procedures
Maintaining paint delivery and systems at peak efficiency
Monitoring and optimising paint waste during any colour change
Assisting Paint Process Technicians as required
Drive and support the requirements to uphold accreditations including IATF 16949 and ISO14001

...AND POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS?

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a simlar role
Experience within a robotic paint facility including colour control and paint lines
Experience of automotive development
Experience with piggable delivery systems
Good level of PC skills
Qualification in a relevant field
