To ensure the Paint Plant is aligned to Best Practices with robust processes and procedures to meet the existing and developing customer base.
The role requires a cross functional approach across all areas to ensure a strategic team approach to Paint Plant activities and continuous improvement programmes.
During all activities, align your working style and behaviour to the company value system. Ensure maximum performance and quality targets are achieved on a sustainable bases
 

IF YOU ARE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT...

  • Fulfil the daily requirements of paint processes to schedule, colour requirements and customer quality standards.
  • Ensure all Process documentation is completed and complies with company procedure.
  • Liaise with the Quality and Production teams to investigate concerns and make corrective action. Support the 8D process.
  • Ensure Process Conformity and take appropriate action where breaches occur.
  • Provide support to the technical teams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high turn over Multi Batch paint facility.
  • Carry out workflow assessments and internal process audits and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement and Maintain a PFMEA process and control plan.
  • Liaise with other departments for maintenance activities, production or process.
  • Contribute to regular continuous improvement meetings and compile action plans
  • Ensure all safety procedures, methods, equipment and practices are adhered to including 5s house keeping.
  • Prepare detailed reports and figures and deliver KPI’S measurable as required.
  • Propose, plan and manage continuous improvement activities with the process team.
  • A flexible attitude and Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager in line with Department/Company objectives.
  • A flexible approach in supporting other departments and carry out reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager in line with Department/Company objectives.
  • Investigate and implement paint saving activities and monitor paint usage per part.
  • Assist with New Product introduction.

  • Robotic Paint Application
